Ye tab aate hain jab kisi case me requirement poori na ho, to wo termination reason apply nahi hota.

Force majeure (Article 74)
Agar koi aisi extraordinary situation ho jaye (jaise natural disaster, war, ya koi cheez jo control me nahi hai) jisme contract continue karna possible nahi ho, to is Article ke under contract khatam ho sakta hai.

Completion of specific work/project (Article 57)
Agar worker ko ek specific project ya task ke liye hire kiya gaya tha, to jaise hi wo project complete ho jaye, contract automatically khatam ho jata hai. Notice period nahi hota.
